I use real Pokémon cards, and paint directly onto them. I then scan those cards to create and sell prints.
All of the prints are sold on real Pokémon card bases, covered with protective holographic vinyl, and signed by me.
Growlithe : I painted him in a pet bed indoors, adorably domesticated.
Koffing : I painted him bubbling out of a cauldron.
Nidoran : I painted him as a Tamagotchi, with a necklace, pencil and bobbi pin surrounding it.
Noibat : I painted him inspired by Van Goughs style.
Vulpix : I painted him going for a stroll in a field of wild flowers.
Geodude : I painted him inspired by Dragon Ball Z
Aloan Vulpix : I painted him frolicking through a field of flowers and jumping over a creek.
Chewtle : I painted him hanging out on a little island in a lily filled pond on a rainy day.
Clefairy : I painted her hanging out in the stars with her friend Minior, dancing in space.
Combee : I painted her buzzing through the country side looking for flowers.
Cutiefly : I painted her fluttering around in a field of flowers inspired by Mary Englebright.
Eevee : I painted her bounding over a fence in a field filled with daffodils.
Electrode : I painted him sending out lightening in a 90s inspired style.
Starmie : I painted her relaxing on the sand at the beach.
Machop : I painted him in space inspired by the Greek character Atlas who held up the world
Hitmonlee : I painted him inspired by his name sake Bruce Lee - kicking some brick walls down.
Jigglypuff : I painted her in the clouds inspired by her singing ability.
Litwick : I painted her reading Tarot cards and embracing her psychic powers.
Milcery : I painted her surrounded by cute berries inspired by the characters ability to evolve and berries and cream.
Oshawott : I painted him on the diving board getting the courage to jump in.
Squirtle : I painted him splashing in the water on the lake at sunset.
